Course Overview

Chronic fatigue is more than just feeling tired. People with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), also known as Myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), can experience debilitating fatigue and flu-like symptoms after exercise or mental effort. The symptoms can be immediate or delayed by 24-48 hours. Depending on the severity of the condition, for some people normal daily activities can be difficult to maintain.

If you experience chronic fatigue or have been diagnosed with CFS/ME this six week course can help you to mange your fatigue and maximise your energy during the day. You’ll learn how cope effectively with a chronic illness to assist with recovery and healing.
